Accommodation

When can I check-in?
Check-in time starts at 2 pm Your room may be available earlier. In case of arrival before 2 pm you can leave your luggage with us and start your vacation immediately.
What time do I need to check-out?

Check-out time is until 12 am

Late check out may be granted subject to availability. Storage space is at your disposal so that you can enjoy your stay at GEA ELAIA until the last minute.
What about room cleaning?
Room cleaning is done daily. Towels are only "renewed" for environmental reasons if you put them on your bed.
Is there a laundry service?
Our hotel has a laundry service. Please use the special laundry bag in your room.
Is Wi-Fi internet available?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

How can I cancel a reservation?

The directory of Gea Elaia Hotel kindly asks our guests to inform us as soon as possible for changes or cancellations.
In case of cancellation, our policy according with the Greek Tourism Organization's "Hotel-Customer Relationship Rules" and the applicable legislation of the Greek Ministry of Tourism.

In cases of "force majeure" (e.g natural disasters, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or to change, substitute or withdraw any service, installation or provision without notice, if necessary. In this case, the hotel is required to reimburse the entire amount you have paid for your reservation and will make every effort to secure accommodation in another hotel of the same category, in the same city that offers similar comforts and amenities.

Is there a free reservation cancellation?

In case of cancellation 22 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

When is the reservation cancellation charged?
  • For cancellations made less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival, the customer is charged 50% of the total value of his reservation.
  • In case of cancellation on arrival or non-show in the hotel without prior notice, the client is charged with 100% of the value of the stay, which he requested upon his reservation.
  • For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation is charged at the same time as the booking confirmation, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
